For its fifth edition BIKINI PROJECTS presents at Bruthaus Gallery (Waregem, Belgium) Dutch artist Mirthe Klück (*1991, Rijneveld), whose practice departures from associative thoughts in which seemingly irreconcilable contractions can be overcome.

Working with materials that can not be used together at first sight or have opposite character, she creates intriguing and experimental works.
About the artist   

Mirthe Klück (*1991, Rijneveld) lives and works in Ghent, Belgium. She has studied Fine Arts at KABK (Den Haag) and in Sint Lucas Academie (Ghent) and Fashion and Textile at KABK. She is currently a laureate candidate at HISK. Her works were recently exhibited at Galleria Fuoricampo (Siena), IKOB (Eupen), W139 (Amsterdam), Billytown (Vienna), Barbara Seiler (Zürich).
